One of the many manifestations of the god Nyarlothotep, from the expanded Mythos of HPLovecraft. Here in the form of a maiden with a fan. Whilst appearing as here, the fan casts an illusion masking the true form. When confronted she turns into the massive tentacled form known as 'The Bloated Woman'. In some accounts a cult perhaps centered in Stockholm is rumored to worship Nyarlothotep in this form.
